The successful Solution for Your Relocation

Many desiring to enter the US have only a vague idea about the qualifications necessary to obtain legal status. Your entire future depends on whether or not you are successful. Therefore, it is important that you select a competent and proven firm that can provide you with valuable information and help in your application process. Each case is unique.

Before you proceed, you will be informed of the fees involved, the type of information required, and given an approximate time frame.

Be wary of people or organizations that promise a “quick & easy” way. The process can be long and involved; and there are very few shortcuts. That is why we prefer to have an association with firms that are familiar with the US Immigration Laws and keep up with the current changes.

People looking to “Live & Work in America” have to qualify either through family or business. There are three (3) ways to qualify through business:

  • Company Transfer – L1 Visa & Subsequent Green Card Application Allows people who are managers or executives in a corporation in their home country, to be transferred to a new or existing affiliate/subsidiary company in the US to assume the duties of an executive /manager.
  • Sponsorship by a US Employer – H-1B Visa & Subsequent Green Card Application (Labor Certification) A US business sponsors a foreigner by offering them a managerial/specialized position with their firm.
  • Investment of $100,000+ in a US Business – E-2, But NO Subsequent Green Card Application A UK individual/couple invests $100,000+ in purchasing a US business, intend to manage the business and hire employees for the business. The investment must have the present or future capacity to generate more than enough income to provide minimal living for the investor and his/her family, or has a present or future capacity to make a significant economic contribution to the USA. The E-2 Visa holder, spouse and children may live in the US, attend school, and travel. Only the E-2 investor may work. Family members may apply for Work Authorization. The E-2 Visa is generally issued for five years. Initially, the Visa holder is admitted for two years, with two years extensions, and requests for reissue of five years visa with a valid I-94. The investment does not help you qualify for a Green Card, but an E-2 Visa holder may obtain a Green Card at a later date if they can find a suitable US sponsor.
